- Studied the business processes directly impacting product delivery to the company's clients.

Implementation team actions, comprising specialists from both sides:
- set up data exchange between the customer's accounting system and ABM Rinkai TMS;
- integrated with the customer's GPS provider;
- uploaded and adjusted customer data in the system;
- implemented a unique method for load balancing between vehicles and the second warehouse before route departure;
- configured the customer interface of ABM Rinkai TMS;
- conducted initial training for system users.
Completion of the implementation phase and transition to support:
- supported users in planning the initial routes;
- provided training to users and managers on analyzing the planned routes;
- made specific adjustments based on actual performance data;
- drivers began following routes generated by ABM Rinkai TMS.
