ABM WMS implementation in the Dollar Store chain of stores
The chain of family and home goods stores «Everything from 1 UAH» has made a significant step in improving the efficiency of its warehouse processes by implementing the ABM WMS system.
For more than 15 years of operation in western Ukraine, the company has grown significantly in the number and quality of stores, and its decision to implement WMS is another proof of its desire to develop and strengthen its position.
Among the key goals that the company managed to achieve after the implementation of ABM WMS are:
- the number of re-grades has decreased to 99.9%
- the quality of goods shipped to stores increased from 90% to 99.9%
- the speed of goods selection increased by 200%
In addition, the implementation of the warehouse management system allowed the chain to increase the efficiency of all warehouse operations and provide quality service to its customers.
