Training Coordinator
We seek a Training Coordinator to orchestrate the knowledge transfer process, instilling profound expertise in our triplex software products within our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Craft, finetune, and adapt comprehensive training courses, offering mentorship and rigorous task assessments for implementation and client-facing experts.
- Develop impactful presentations, guides, and stay on the pulse of release updates.
- Lead new employee training sessions on our cutting-edge system.
- Administer client training seamlessly within our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Organize top-tier training events for consultants and spearhead our mentorship program.
- Design and implement tests for clients, project managers, and customer success managers.
- Play a pivotal role in the continuous enhancement of all training materials, including manuals, product presentations, and LMS visual aids.
Key Competencies:
- Proficient in English (B2 level).
- Proven experience in onboarding/training employees.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at collaborating with stakeholders at every level.
- Passion for continuous learning and an open-minded approach to new concepts.
- A knack for structuring information and simplifying complex ideas.
- Demonstrated persistence and logical thinking.
- Analytical prowess to dissect and optimize processes.
- Impeccable organizational, planning, and time management.
- High computer literacy with a rapid grasp of new software.
- Keen interest in emerging technologies.
- Previous retail experience is valuable (category manager, merchandiser, store manager, HR).
