Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales (retail and supply chain experience preferred).
- Proven track record of closing medium and large contracts.
- Proactive, motivated, and goal-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Ukrainian, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex product offerings.
- Readiness to contribute immediately and deliver results from the start.
Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations and secure contracts with new and existing clients.
- Manage inbound leads effectively and convert them into opportunities.
- Build and sustain long-term client partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reporting on KPIs and client performance.
