Sales Development Representative (US market)
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to expand our presence in the US market. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of the US business landscape, excellent communication skills, and proven methods for effectively engaging decision-makers. As an SDR, you’ll identify opportunities, initiate outreach, and build relationships with potential clients to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospects within the US market that fit our ICP.
- Leverage your knowledge of US business practices to craft personalized outreach strategies.
- Conduct cold calls, write compelling emails, and utilize other outbound methods to engage prospects.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients
- Use CRM and research tools to track outreach, analyze data, and refine engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent approach across the pipeline.
Skills:
- Proven ability to engage US-based clients with a solid understanding of their business culture and decision-making processes.
- Expertise in crafting personalized, persuasive outreach emails and conducting cold calls.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and outbound tools
- Creative and strategic thinker, capable of designing innovative approaches to engage prospects.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a must.
