Partner Development Manager
We’re on the lookout for a Partner Development Manager who thrives on building high-impact B2B relationships and driving strategic growth through partnerships. In this pivotal role, you’ll spearhead the development and expansion of our global partner network—working with channel partners, systems integrators, and technology alliances to amplify market reach and revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partnerships that drive scalable growth across key markets.
- Architect and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with partners—including co-selling, co-marketing, and solution integration.
- Cultivate senior-level relationships to deepen partner engagement and foster long-term collaboration.
- Develop and lead enablement programs (training, sales tools, onboarding) that empower partners to succeed.
- Monitor partner pipeline, performance metrics, and ROI to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Own the negotiation and closing of partnership agreements with a focus on mutual value creation.
- Continuously scan the market for trends, competitor movements, and innovation opportunities to refine our partnership approach.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or strategic alliances—ideally within B2B SaaS or retail tech solutions.
- Proven success in building and scaling high-performing partner ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, strategic selling, and solution positioning.
- Strong commercial acumen and exceptional relationship management skills.
- Agile, proactive, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience with global partner programs and distributed teams is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proficient in English (both written and oral)
