Customer Success Manager (with fluent Polish)
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner and main point of contact for our clients. Your mission? Ensure they get maximum value from our products, drive adoption, and maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Own the customer journey — from onboarding to ongoing support — ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Proactive Success Planning: Anticipate client needs and deliver proactive guidance to maximize product adoption and ROI.
- Retention & Loyalty: Develop strategies to strengthen client relationships, minimize churn, and enhance long-term success.
- Insights & Analytics: Monitor usage data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Health Checks & Feedback Loops: Conduct regular check-ins, including NPS assessments, to monitor client health and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, technical, and support teams to align on customer goals and deliver unified value.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in retail or supply chain; category management experience is a big plus!
- Strong background in client-facing roles – customer support, account management, or project management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, approachable way
- Confidence working with data: extracting insights, building reports, and driving strategic decisions
- English – fluent
- Polish– native/fluent
- Ukrainian – native/fluent
