Background
Progress of the project
Setting up the interaction between ABM Shelf and the company’s existing data exchange system. This included identifying the data required to build planograms and ensuring that they were automatically transferred to the ABM Shelf system.
Collecting and preparing all the necessary data, such as the dimensions of goods and equipment, for further use in building planograms. The Epicentre K team took an inventory of the current goods and equipment, which allowed us to create accurate and efficient planograms that correspond to the real conditions of the stores.
Organisation of a series of training events for the Epicentr K team. This included online classes with ABM Shelf experts, where the system’s functionality was discussed in detail, as well as the creation of training videos and other methodological materials. Particular attention was paid to the specific details and nuances typical of the DIY industry, so that employees could use the system as efficiently as possible in their daily work.
Development and implementation of pilot planograms in two selected outlets. This stage included a detailed analysis of the current product displays and the creation of optimised planograms based on the data obtained. After successful testing and receiving feedback from the employees of these outlets, the necessary adjustments were made to further scale the project.
