The progress of the project

The ABM Inventory implementation project included adapting the system to business processes, adjusting algorithms for inventory management, including fresh products and order optimization, as well as training staff to use new tools and analytics for effective inventory control.

Reorganization of the inventory management process

The implementation of the ABM Inventory system began with training on inventory management using the TOS methodology. Since the program is based on extraction, managers had to restructure and review the established principles of inventory management.

System integration and adaptation

Integration of the ABM Inventory system with the existing accounting system was carried out, addition of missing information about products, training of users to work in the system and adjustment of algorithms for optimal order formation, in particular through Dynamic buffer management and the Fresh algorithm for products with a short shelf life.

Scaling and analytics

After the successful launch and testing of the system in one store, the project was scaled to all stores of the network. At the same time, employees were trained to work with the analytical unit of the system for effective inventory control and management.
