From local solutions to global impact: what 2024 will be remembered for ABM Cloud

ABM Cloud achieved significant results in 2024, which has only confirmed our commitment to international development and growth. More than 1,000 companies are already increasing their efficiency using our systems, including 130 new businesses that have chosen our solutions since the start of the year. The activity of Ukrainian businesses never ceases to amaze and we are proud to be growing together with them. Many new markets opened up  in 2024 and companies from a variety of countries such as Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, Malta, Ecuador, South Africa, Indonesia and the Netherlands entered the ranks of our clients. The new markets solidified our position in the global market and further strengthened the trust of our existing international partners. The ABM family has also grown, adding 64 new staff members, which allowed us to bolster our capabilities in development, customer support, and project management.

New products, new solutions to customer problems

2024 was a period of active development and transformation. We launched new products that now help companies better manage and optimize their business processes. We also continued in actively incorporating AI tools into our solutions to further increase added value and efficiency for our customers.

  • ABM Route Sense is a unique app for drivers that includes order management, signing of electronic waybills, check fiscalization, payment acceptance, and scanning at the point of delivery. This product has become key to optimizing logistics in e-commerce. The partners currently using Route Sense include Edin, TapXPhone, CheckBox, Monobank, and Diia.Signature.
  • ABM Yard Management System is a system for optimizing vehicle management and reducing vehicle downtime in warehouses. It helps to streamline vehicle traffic and minimize disruptions in the loading and unloading process.
  • ABM Retail SuperApp is a new mobile application for retail business management. This comprehensive tool combines the functions of a task manager, barcode scanning and access to dashboards, which significantly speeds up routine operations and improves coordination between employees.
  • ABM Movelix is an innovative system for optimizing long-distance and pendulum logistics. It helps to increase the efficiency and transparency of transportation, reducing fuel costs and improving customer service.

Continuous development of existing products

There’s always room for improvement and that’s why we continued to improve our core products to increase their efficiency and relevance:

  • ABM Inventory received new features for generating orders without stock and managing “Families of similar products”, which significantly improved forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization.
  • ABM Shelf updated with new features: AI Out-of-Shelf Recognition to automatically detect empty shelf space, two-factor authentication for enhanced security, and improved reporting and interface for even more convenient merchandising management.
  • ABM Assortment has introduced new features to quickly formulate a data-driven assortment strategy, and has detailed and expanded category analytics to increase profits and reduce losses due to lack of goods.
  • In Intuiflow, thanks to the AutoPilot module, routine tasks can now be automated and the system can generate orders based on analytics and real needs. With Demand Planning, you can predict demand more accurately by using historical data and market trends, which ensures greater efficiency.
  • ABM Loyalty has introduced new functionalities, including e-receipts, freezing bonuses for online orders and duplication of special offers, and the “Register + Buy” event in the referral program. A new version of the mobile app was released, and the following functionality was added to the existing one: post-purchase surveys, rewards, statuses, and discounted products. We also redesigned the CRM and integrated it with 10 new providers.
  • ABM Rinkai TMS updated the planning algorithm for even more efficient route optimization and added new features to improve the work with points between warehouses.
  • ABM Finance expanded its product portfolio with the innovative SaaS platform for financial management, Farseer, and launched new projects in financial management.
  • ABM WMS has implemented a new solution, ABM Yard Management System, which is already in use at the PepsiCo plant in Uzbekistan. The technology stack was updated to improve the speed and performance of the system, and an integration mechanism with SAP was developed and implemented. The functionality for new customers has also been expanded, which provides even greater flexibility and efficiency in managing warehouse processes.
  • ABM Digital Distribution has launched 6 new projects that automate the work of sales teams and distribution processes.

Active communication and cooperation

The year was also important for us in terms of developing partnerships and improving communication. We launched an updated website, which became more convenient and functional.

In addition, we expanded our partner ecosystem by  teaming up with the Ukrainian Retailers Association and the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs. We also deepened our cooperation with Listex and ABM Shelf to quickly obtain digital product data, such as product dimensions and weight, or high-quality photos. On top of that, we  also gained a reliable partner in Georgia, BDO, which supports business development in the country and promotes the integration of innovative technologies in various sectors of the economy.

Last but not least, we actively took part in industry conferences and exhibitions, including RAU Expo, All-Ukrainian Logistics Day, XI RAU Summit, Digital Retail Forum, Digital Logistics Forum, World of Trade Kazakhstan International Convention, Central Asia Retail Week (Uzbekistan), and others. Apart from showcasing our new solutions, we had the chance to share our experience and discuss key market trends.

Grateful for 2024, excited for 2025

2024 was a year of significant change and growth for ABM Cloud. We not only entered new markets but also significantly expanded the capabilities of our products, helping businesses automate complex processes and work more efficiently. From logistics to inventory and financial management, our solutions have become even more powerful, and new products have opened up more opportunities for our customers.
