Project progress
We collected primary information about the processes related to transport logistics. The specifics of warehouse operations and delivery of goods to points of sale, as well as the processes of controlling the targeted use of transport, were clarified.
Implemented a technical specification for data exchange between the accounting system and ABM Rinkai TMS, as well as between ABM Rinkai TMS and the control system that receives and accumulates information from GPS trackers.
Three training sessions were held to inform employees about the methodology and mechanisms for using ABM Rinkai TMS tools. Employees have been trained to track discrepancies between plan and fact, analyze statistics, and make adjustments to the original data in order to improve the quality of planning.
Launch of the system and start of its application in real processes of goods transportation. Pilot execution of the routes created by the system, analysis of feedback on the realism of the routes created, followed by adjustment of the ABM Rinkai TMS settings until realistic routes for transportation are obtained.

Does the system notify end customers about deliveries?
Yes, this is an available implementation option. For “Privat-Alko,” we additionally configured SMS delivery notifications, which increased transparency for customers and improved the level of service.
How are employees trained before the system goes live?
Training is conducted in stages, with hands-on practice. For “Privat-Alko,” we held three training sessions during which employees were taught how to work within the system, analyze discrepancies between planned and actual results, and make adjustments to the input data.
Do the routes match the fleet’s actual capabilities immediately after launch?
The launch is preceded by a test (pilot) period, during which the planned routes are tested in practice and adjusted. At Privat-Alko, it was during this stage that the feasibility of the routes was analyzed and the system was fine-tuned until the results began to match real-world operating conditions.
