CIS Marketing Manager
to join our dynamic international marketing team. As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across CIS countries. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and work in close partnership with regional sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a marketing manager or a similar role in the CIS region, preferably in the technology b2b SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the retail industry and familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in the CIS market as a plus.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, lead generation, content marketing, and event management.
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for CIS markets in alignment with overall company objectives and brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research to identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the CIS region.
- Create and execute targeted marketing programs, including digital marketing, advertising, events, PR, and social media campaigns, to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, product brochures, case studies, and website content.
- Manage and optimize the company's digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and conversions.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, website analytics, and lead generation metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and trade associations in the CIS region to enhance brand positioning and generate media coverage.
- Work closely with regional sales teams to align marketing activities with sales objectives, support lead nurturing efforts, and ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and provide insights and recommendations to guide marketing strategies.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely reporting on marketing expenditures.
